Booking, cancellation, and service terms for Shaded & Bladed.

Appointments and deposits
Appointments are confirmed through our external booking platform. A deposit is required to hold your appointment — see your booking confirmation for the amount. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. We reserve the right to release an unconfirmed appointment slot.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or clients who do not show up for their appointment, may forfeit their deposit.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling with adequate notice does not forfeit your deposit. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@shadedandbladed.com or (918) 940-2888.
Touch-up sessions
Each service includes one complimentary touch-up session. The touch-up must be scheduled and completed within 12 weeks of your initial appointment. Touch-up sessions not used within that window are forfeited and cannot be carried forward. If more than 12 weeks have passed, a touch-up can be booked as a separate service.
Individual results
Permanent makeup results vary from person to person. Factors including skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare compliance all affect how pigment heals and retains over time. We discuss expected outcomes during your consultation, but we cannot guarantee a specific result. Individual results vary — consult your artist for a personalized assessment.
Contraindications and eligibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities at or before the consultation. Certain conditions and medications are contraindicated for permanent makeup procedures.
Shaded & Bladed reserves the right to decline or postpone a service if contraindications are present, if a client's health history raises safety concerns, or if proceeding would not be in the client's best interest. This decision is made at the artist's professional discretion and is non-negotiable.
Refund policy
Services are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. If you have concerns about your results, contact us at hello@shadedandbladed.com — we are committed to working with you through the included touch-up appointment to achieve your desired outcome.
