We apply topical numbing cream before every procedure, which makes the experience very manageable. Most clients describe a light scratching sensation — not pain. Sensitivity varies by area; lips tend to be more sensitive than brows.

Brow services (nano brows, powder brows) typically last 2–3 years depending on your skin type, sun exposure, and skincare routine. Lip blushing also lasts 2–3 years. Annual color boosts keep the results looking fresh.

Days 1–3: the color appears darker and bolder than the final result. Days 4–7: light flaking or peeling is normal — do not pick. By day 14, the color softens significantly. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks before your touch-up.

Permanent makeup may not be appropriate if you are pregnant or nursing, currently on Accutane or blood thinners, have a history of keloid scarring, or have active skin conditions on the treatment area. We review this in your consultation.

Your touch-up is a second session 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment. Skin heals differently for everyone — the touch-up lets us refine shape and fill any areas where pigment didn't retain.

Yes. All new clients receive a complimentary consultation before any appointment is scheduled. We assess your features, discuss realistic expectations, and answer every question you have before you commit.

Avoid alcohol and blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours before. Come with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area. Avoid sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks prior. For lip blushing, arrive with moisturized lips.

Keep the area dry for 7 days, apply the provided healing ointment twice daily, and avoid sun exposure. No makeup on the treated area for 10 days. No swimming, saunas, or intense sweating for 10 days.
